i live in fear everyday, constantly anxious.
anticipating a bad text, mean dm or call...
i'm never not feeling sick to my stomach
how is a person supposed to live like this?
i wonder if i brought it on myself
i'm not sure if it's all in my head or real life

Take a moment to lie down, close your eyes, and just breathe. The messages can wait until later. Just for right now, let yourself be calm. If the thoughts creep up on you, do not judge them, but imagine them floating away from you. Give your worries to God.
It's okay to be calm for just a moment. It's okay to take a break. Give yourself some calm moments throughout your day. Ask yourself if your needs are met. Do you need a snack? A nap? A shower? A blanket? Some water? Be sure to take care of those basic needs.
