For conversation starters:
-Take on a project that he might be interested in and tell him about it
-Make a playlist of your favorite songs and share it with him
-Ask for his opinion on things
-If you're in school together, ask for homework help
-Convince him to join Spacehey >:D
-Tell him a funny joke
-Start a club, even if it goes nowhere
-Pay him a compliment. Men don't hear them often!
-Invite him to go somewhere with you (you can invite friends too if you don't want it to be one-on-one)
After you get to know each other more, I'd highly encourage you to tell him how you feel. Too often we miss these kinds of opportunities solely out of fear. If he is interested, great! And if he isn't interested, you can start the healing process. :)

see what his interests are and try to reciprocate those. and make sure you start convos too or he'll lose interest
