Recieving compliments

I hate recieving complemets, especially when someone else does it better then me

"it looks very good!"

No it doesn't don't lie to me it looks bad, the others are way talented then I am so why tell me that?

Whenever someone complements me in any way I feel like they are doing in out of pity and I don't deserve it. And I can't just go and say "oh no it's not" because then the person will just keep saying it is and I hate that I also feel like I'm saying that to get more attention while I don't want any,

I know people who are way more talented then I am so why go and tell me that instead?
