☆ to be honest, sometimes i can't really tell what the lyrics are in istasha's songs, but i adore the deep register of their voice that it kind of doesn't matter!! the instrumentals to their songs are also very catchy and kind of repetitive, which isn't always a bad thing <3

☆ a very gritty and industrial-sounding track with minimal but interesting lyrics. i think this song was used in vampire the masquerade: bloodlines, and just by listening to this song, you can tell that the vibes match the themes of that game PERFECTLY.

☆ this track from taeyong's album is probably one of my favorites. imo taeyong's singing abilities are so underrated and often get overlooked because of his other talents, but paired with wendy's GORGEOUS vocals, this song is so beautiful and repeat-worthy <3!!

☆ one of my favorite tracks from her album of the same name!! i absolutely love the message of this song so much, as it's a retelling of venus's story through her own eyes, giving her back her own agency.

☆ i have been obsessed with ethel cain's music lately [specifically the preacher's daughter album] but this song. this song has had me in a chokehold. ethel's vocals are just so beautiful, and the story that she crafts through her lyrics and music is absolutely insane.
