why do they feel the need to make everything a metaphour or give them difficult names?? :'( it only makes things harder
wth is this suppose to mean, and i know it is in portuguese but i promise you it still pretty confusing to me ;-;
love studying about technology but-

sooo every page is stored in a server, which is just a computer but its duty is to store data. when u click on a link (a page's adress, like ur home adress) ur computer sends a request to the server to see the page. the server finds the page and sends it back to the computer but its written in html, which its like the languague websites are written in (there are a lot of languagues, this one is dedicated to webs!), so your computer processes it and it kinda turns the text into the images u see on a page, and thats it!
im surprised u keep the same english name for most stuff in portuguese, in spanish we just translate it ＼（〇_ｏ）／
oooh thank you so much for explaining it!!! i noticed i was confusing hardware with software webservers, thats why i was so confused also :)
and yes! we keep a lot of english names in portuguese for some reason haha some of them dont even have a translation yet
