I've learned that i am a happier person now that i stopped letting negativity into my life. like if i see something that makes me upset or angry online i literally say out loud "oh well, have a nice day" and scroll. irl if i see something that i disagree with but doesn't effect anyone i just ignore it. i feel like the world would be a better place if people just stopped letting hate fill them. of coarse if something wrong is happening that affects people you should speak up, but miniscule things shouldn't matter. i only realized this when i read the bible for the first time. it was really life changing. of coarse this isn't me saying that people should only do this for religious reasons or that non religious people don't act like this. but my religion was what lead me to this conclusion and i am so grateful for it.
not letting hate into my life

So real. I've felt a lot better as of recent after I deleted tiktok and just generally started to push out the things I feel a lot of hatred and upset for that serve generally zero purpose and I have no reason to care about, and just minding my own business to take care of myself and not let stupid discourse on social media about petty things ruin my day. That damn phone really IS the problem I've realised... step away from it and have a slow walk on a beautiful quiet day listening to things that make you happy and you realise that minding your own damn business sometimes goes further than you'd think.
