I always wanted to become more athletic, i can run for long periods of time and i even got the highest pacer test score in my 8th-grade year (93 i think), but when i look at myself in the mirror i just see a skinny dude who looks a little lame, so that's why i will start to try to become fitter and jacked starting on Sep 6, my first day of freshman year. I will work out every day for at least 15 minutes until the end of the school year, which is on June 21. I will see the results and see if it is worth it. i encourage all of you guys to do the same and motivate yourself to get better. Preseason just means that I'll be doing light exercises to get ready for the year. Ill see you guys on sep 6
Sep 6- Sep 11, pretty solid start, joined cross country and it's been keeping me fit, i run a lot and stretch to maintain good form, and I've also started to doing at-home excerises to keep me into shape. School isn't too bad, and I'm getting the hang of it.
