So.. Ya know when you rescue Volo, and you can let him essentially experimentally stab your eye out with an ice pick?

Wonderful. 

I want to keep it. My eye. I want to put it in an oddity jar and have the option to give it to a companion.

Not like an automatic approval increase, but more of an interaction. If they don't like you, or barely know you, they'd be repulsed. Like, "Ew, why the hells did you preserve your eye, and why do you think I'd want it?" And it decreases their approval.

But, if their approval is fair to high, it increases. Like sure, it's weird. But it's charming. Diologue choices would also determine a lot about the exchange, and maybe afterwards if they liked the gift, you could see the jar somewhere near their tent afterwards.

Probably a really odd idea, but I just really want to give Astarion or Karlach (Mostly Astarion) my eye in a jar. I am the weird friend who would gift people bones and embalming tools.
