Ingredients
3/4 cup of butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
2 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
chocolate chips
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 egg
1 egg yolk
Nutella
Steps
1. scoop 12 blobs of nutella onto a plate with a baking sheet ontop of it, then put them in the freezer for later.
2. preheat oven on fan forced at 180 degrees Celsius
3. melt 3/4 cup of butter and mix together with 1 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup white sugar and mix.
4. add in the egg and egg yolk to the batter, then put the 1 tsp of vanilla extract in too and mix :33
5. add a tsp of salt, and a tsp of baking soda, then add the flour and hand mix until a dough texture, should not be sticky to touch once your hand is clean.
6. add in the chocolate chips and mix again.
7. put the dough into the fridge for about 10 minutes, then get your baking tray out.
8. place a baking sheet onto the tray, then get both the nutella blobs and dough out
9. add a nutella blob in each cookie, roll them into balls.
10. make sure to only put 6 on each tray, and then bake them for around 12 minutes.
they will be really soft when they first come out but after around 10 minutes they'll be ready 2 eat :33
