MLP Creepypasta: My Opinions (SPOILER FREE!)

Flutterschmooze -
It's an interesting concept I'd love to see a bit more of, but I didn't really find the execution that... Good. It didn't seem like much effort was put into it. They did good at keeping the mystery though, and I have to commend them for that. The unknown is very scary so if they just kept that and putĀ  little more effort in and used more creative scares than the cliche creepypasta things in it like the blacked out eyes or something. It'd be a fairly good fic then! I suggest taking some notes from Abandoned by Disney.

Let Her In -

This one is pretty darn good! I really love the sort of folk horror vibe to it, and the mystery surrounding what's at Applebloom's window. I've always been scared of shapeshifters and stuff, and the descriptors added to it really make a chill run down your spine. It also just sort of makes you feel like you're in the room with Applebloom in the dark. Some parts felt a little underwritten though, and I'm just not the biggest fan of the ending. It wasn't very scary, and felt kind of rushed. Overall though, I liked it! Strong start, middle, and latter part of middle, kiiind of weak end.

The Cymbal Dragon -

This is probably the first creepypasta I've read that made me feel actually afraid. After I finished it, I just sat frozen, processing it all. It was a very, *very* good story. Even after explaining the horror haunting fluttershy, it still felt ungraspable and frightening, bigger and more unknowable than you or anyone you know. It felt so hopeless and dark, but it had its highs too, and the ending is VERY good! This is a must read for any Creepypasta fan, if you're into mlp or not! Ofc I'm always weak for this type of folkloric type of monster too, the one with the unique tropes that you just don't see enough of nowadays. Gahh I just.. I love this one so much please read it
