making a neocities (???)

lately ive been thinking of making a neocities……it sounds like a rly fun project 2 do n id love 2 see my own progress over time, but im also really impatient n seeing sm cool sites makes me wna make one too n have One place for all my cool stuff n cool thoughts

n then another thing is tht i know nothing abt coding. or well not enough to build a site from scratch. and ik theres like website builders in html but for me that kinda takes out the creativity out of it n i want everything 2 be my own so i can look at it n go omg this is all mine i made this w my bare hands!!!!!

but idk……..i really want to but idk where to start n i also know that theres probably rly good guides out there but again im really impatient……
