feel like a full girlfail went out with friends yesterday to go op shopping and barely spoke cos my voice felt like gravel being shoved into my ears and didnt buy anything cos of fear of my grandma finding girl clothes or something. went on the bus to go to the beach after with them and had a panic attack from overstimulation and then got seperated and just walked around with one person
