Yes, Nvidia cards have more power, still.
It isn't helping them right now.
AMD's reveal basically translates to "We made very cool tech. It can have some huge implications on performance. We don't need to lock it to select games. We don't need to lock it to select cards. We don't even feel the need to lock it to OUR cards. No one's gonna care about your proprietary tech."
For me, I just hope it makes CS2 at least somewhat playable on my laptop. Assuming it releases before it breaks down entirely.

It's still weird to me that more games don't use FSR... I know that because of Nvidia and their bad practices we don't see much, but still...
