week one of college... SUCCESS!!

that's me officially finished my first week of college!!! i was super nervous about starting software dev since i'm switching over from art but i think this level is actually really good for me. i've been able to follow along so far and i actually know a lot of stuff about html css and web design so i think my web design class is half stuff i've already done before. i'm very happy because we're also going to do server stuff and i actually have my own server so i might be able to pay my bills by getting my classmates to pay me to use my private server isn't that neat!! 

so far we've been learning about binary (and learned to convert numbers to binary using python), a bit about different types of internet, comparing browsers, etc. right now we're learning about security systems and data stuff. it's the first week so we haven't had too much to do, this morning i actually got to play lisa: the painful for an hour because our teacher was off and didn't have any material for us. all in all it's been really good so far and i think i'm going to do really well at this course ^_^
