does any1 not know how to verbalize their thoughts

for the life of me i cannot organize my thoughts and then have my mouth move at the same pace of my brain

ITS SO……….like it hinders me So Bad n i feel like i have super cool awesome sexy thoughts but because my brain moves so fast i one: forget wtf i wanted to say and two: if i remembered i cant word it out . likr this is an infinitely timed debuff pls get it off me pleas e i’ve been poisoned

it sucks even more when half of my classes at uni are all highly participatory and like I KNOW SOME OF THE SYMBOLISM OF JAMES JOYCE TOO IN THE DEAD I PROMISIENEDJWKDKE IM JUSRJ STUPID PROFESSOR PLS DONT TAKR ANY POINTS OFF PLELWAASE

this is even more apparent when i journal BRO I CANT DO IT MY HAND CANT MATCH THE PACE OF MY THOUGHTS OH MY GODDDDDDDD COME ONNNNNNNN i cant do tgis. i have to accept n adapt .
