I made a new tumblr account to have fun and post hobby stuff but it was suddenly terminated with no communication from staff. so. back to searching for new sites.
i briefly considered spacehey again but then i see the top blog is ranting about xenogenders and i kind of feel sorry for all of you for giving so many shits about the private lives of others.
ive gotten a pillowfort account and may use that so we'll see how it goes

Tumblr's been having a rampant bot problem lately. Someone may have reported your account as a bot if it was pretty bare-bones and you followed them.
It was new but it wasnt bare bones at all, I think its because I was using a VPN as a lot of other VPN users are having similar issues

Anything that divides opinions is gonna get a lot of traction, and it just shows up for longer on a small website like this lol. It's still a perfectly good social media site espcialy when you get your own circles.
But I have like 60 people blocked and my friends arent always posting bulletins what else is there to do on this site but browse blogs and then. The problems arise

By design it's a social media you can use occasionally and not be glued to all the time. A far healthier iteration than other sites

maybe i'll give up on socials and just use my own mf neocities to blog
honestly that is a great idea. there are all kinds of people on all kinds of platforms but having one all to yourself is the best you're gonna get. back in the day we had webrings so all communities could be interconnected (with their own websites) and you wouldn't have to share the space with people you might not want to associate with. but hey that's life. discourse brings excitement

discourse can definitely be exciting in some cases but mostly its just annoying kids being annoying and well. im an adult with bills to pay i want my online experience to be Fun not watching kids slapfight over being lgbt in the wrong way hgjgngn
