blue supermoon and witchcraft

tonight was my first time working with the blue moon. i do take advantage of the lunar energy alot, new moons and full moons are great times for manifestation and releasing. but the blue moon is rare, because its a blue SUPERmoon. i first put out some water to make moon water. then i moon bathed while meditating, then wrote in my book of shadows my mantra to repeat to honor the moon, i also wrote my desires and what i wish to come out of this ritual. i listened to meditation music and invoked of the divine spirit (i called upon the universe to guide me and give me protection) i then grabbed my goblet and got two pieces of paper, one i drew an evil eye on, the other i drew a pentacle and wrote my desires as affirmations. i set the intentions with my blood then sealed them with candle wax, i put them in the goblet with bay leaves for manifestation and cleansing and fennel seeds for warding off unwanted energy. i burned it all in the goblet outside and said a chant. i even decided to energize a tigers eye crystal to attract money for my mother. then ended my blue moon ritual with a candlelit bath while listening to deftones. definitely a great way to honor this rare blue super moon. blessed be and may all your desires come to you <3
