haircut ?

I thought of a new idea about cutting my hair; but I have no idea if it would suit me or not since I've always kept the same natural, long brown hair my whole life. I'm thinking about getting choppy layers but keeping my length, and possibly(likely?) dying somewhat of it too; but I wanna keep my natural color visible. I'm thinking purple/orange/blue/caramel/etc chunky highlights or dyed tips. I def want a fun 2000s type look- js currently having trouble deciding if it'd suit me or not. Advice, help, or comment? (T0T)
