They DON'T recommend the same 10 books over and over again. 

They DON'T give you terrible book recommendations and they give you actual good but underrated ones.

They're honest with book reviews, especially when they're overhyped (which makes me feel so validated LOL).

They don't shame you for liking a popular book even if they dislike it; or if you don't like their favorite book, they literally will consider it understandable.

Unlike booktok where they'll probably find out where you live, then threaten you if you didn't like "It Ends With Us" (horrible book btw) and/or will think you're doing it for attention (which im not/dosent really matter to me/just wanted to share my thoughts on a book)

Content is funnier, cozier, CCs are cool

Overall SOOOO much better. (ty for coming to another TEDtalk HAHAH)
