It's free and easy to set up an account. If it generates NO business, you've lost only a little bit of time. If it generates even one new customer, the effort was more than worth that time.
But I'd bet it's some office troll working in a small, independent marketing firm who can now add another social media site to their portfolio of how they handle a client's marketing to justify their existence.

My pending theory is that they're all one person who's advertising random companies for a bit.
I wonder what's their motivation behind this though? Are they getting paid to advertise those companies, or maybe they're doing it for SEO so the company comes up more often in search engine results? The companies are all around the world too, some in US, Canada, UAE...
