Poem that I might be presenting in an actual real live official poetry meeting

It does not have a name. I felt it is pointless giving it a name. I know who it's about anyway.

It's too late my love
Hold onto me
Hold onto me in your dreams
And hold onto me in your nightmares
We could never be but I am lingering
In your head in your dreams I am haunting you
And you're haunting me
We whisper 'don't forget'
So we never let go
So we remember the feeling that it once was
That our voices give each other empty hope
Leading on the pain of future
Because we can't let go
We learnt to do some time ago
But we're each other's sweet spots
A car crash in our heads and we're the drivers
We're drunk, we're careless
A car crash in our heads and we're the victims
We're wasting away, we're praying to God for fairness
Bring us to life once more
With every whisper, with every feeling of pointless linger
The smell of you taints my soul more
Worldly mundane monsters can't torture us
We torture each other
That's our game
To never let go
