heres a tut

so for png stamps just find a template online and put the stamp frame/template over the image using an editing app or (the one i use) ibis paint (make sure none of the image is peeking out of the frame) then go on to ezgif.com, go to resize. Put the width at 99 and put nothing for the height (it will automatically resize the height so just dont put anything) and done you have your stamp

for animated ones you do the same thing but this time you have to use a video editing software like capcut or alight motion. You get your cilp and your template (just set it up like you did for the image) then go onto ezgif and use mp4 to gif then resize it like you did earlier

Make sure you click on the "< >" so that it turns into an eye, and then find a layout (either one from the layouts page or just take it from your about me) and then paste it! if you wanna type the actual blog just click the eye again
