Le temps des fleurs is Valkyrie's love song

We all (ok not rlly) know that Valkyrie always conveys their emotions into their songs, so by having a look at the lyrics of their songs we can find out what's on their mind which is something I really love about them aa

When I first watched the MV without knowing what the lyrics meant I focused on how the colours and the background looked aswell as Shu's and Mika's body language and expression which told their story. It is truly a work of art, I don't know how else to describe it.

Now I found the translation of the lyrics and looked into the MV a bit more. So in the beginning they sing about their struggles and about unrequited love and then they look at eachother saying that the love has overlapped as they take eachother's hand and dance together. That moment is so meaningful because if you look at older MVs they never hold hands no matter how close they are to do so they never do, but here they do which marks a new beginning or at least a step forward. It shows that they finally KNOW that their love is not onesided for either Mika nor Shu. I'd like for you to have a look at these moments in Gaisenka where it almost feels like they're holding hands and then Meikyuu Denshi (the most recent MV before this one) where their hands are MILIMETERS from touching:

And that is exactly why them holding hands and dancing happily like that is such a big deal✨

Edit: I forgot to mention in the end they sing "Ai no utao" which means love song.

Another thing is the outfits. When Shu and Mika face eachother you only see 1 half (mostly), so the clothes look a lot like wedding clothes 

Now look at their hands. They're wearing matching rings again, just as they did in Meikyuu Denshi (Btw don't be confused they're wearing 1 ring on each hand. The rings really are matching, I checked)

I hope Shu drags Mika to France someday to marry him<3

Edit: I just found out le temps des fleurs is actually shu and mika acting out a play shu's grandfather wrote in form of an mv sooooo it is quite literally a love song, but is it really THEIRS? HMMM
