Are there any places I can find emo/scene clothes besides Hot Topic?

Note: I am very much plus sized and it's a pain in the ass finding clothes for me in my size that I actually like. Hot Topic is somewhat plus-size inclusive and has styles I do like, which is why I go there, but I'm getting tired of shopping there.

When I first went into HT, I went in with the expectation of what it was like in the 2000s where scene and emo was at its peak. Needless to say I was very disappointed, and that disappointment only grew each time I went there.Β It was more catering to the more recent trends stemming from Tumblr/TikTok with cottagecore and softgirl pieces. That's not to say it doesn't have items that relate to scene or emo, but you'd probably need to go online in order to find them.

Now, I know I can go thrifting, but 1, I don't thrift often(unfortunately), and 2, my luck with thrifting has been a little bad in terms of finding any actual scene/emo clothes that fit me. I think I managed to find what I wanted only once and that was it.

So yeah, either I actually get my shit together and lose weight or try to find another store that might give me what I actually want.Β

it's often more on the gothier side (and pricier) but killstar and die with your boots on have some really good plus size options. i'd also recommend looking at depop and etsy for preowned and handmade items :) - although finding plus size items on depop has been somewhat difficult for me i will admit.

Idk if you have checked out Dolls Kill but they have an assortment of styles not 100 percent sure if they have emo/scene clothing because I don't specifically look for that stuff

I have heard of Dolls Kill but I try to steal clear of them due to them having some pretty bad controversies.

Ohh I see! I also heard about the online stores VampireFreaks, Tragic emo, petals and poison, and Void clothing. I have not looked into any of these stores so I hope this helps
