We are FINALLY homeowners!!!! We Did It!!!

Our Gift Registry! Celebrate with us! :)

We signed for the house, we get the keys at 1:30pm. We are at the apartment packing, and filling in the holes we made from the cat wall of climbing steps and bed boxes, I cleaned out the fridge of everything we aren't bringing to the new house. We have the cabinets left to do in the kitchen.

Our closing cost was $1200 less than they quoted and our interest rate is 6.04% instead of 8.25% so our monthly payment went down to $1604 from $1870.

All good news!!!
