Ranting slightly about my ferret

I have a 2 year old male black blaze ferret named nemy, who I love dearly. But he gets on my nerves all the time, like he really likes human food. He has stolen and or eaten fruity pebbles, fruit snacks, fruit rollups, precooked popcorn, a single potato chip, teriyaki beef jerky, a single cheeto, and soda pop. I’m more ranting about what happened today with him trying to drink root beer soda. I had root beer on my dresser which is next to my bed so he was able to climb up onto it. And he got on the dresser near the soda were he was trying to take the lid off, I tried to grab him off the lid. And the soda cup knocked onto the floor which made my floor and my ferret covered in soda. And to calm myself down, I started to write this. Thanks for listening/reading/scrolling past this. I have been really overwhelmed today, because I had painful dental work done and this was like my final straw.
