this and some wonderful zotero annotating and going braless 7 weeks out post-surgery. and the company of my beloved dab pen <3 a little night time treat for god's favorite warrior.

i have been able to go on a few walks around campus since being back and they're nice!! i get fatigued a bit quicker now, but being in bed for 2 weeks and out of commission for a month will do that to ya. i'm also adding the readjustment to academics onto that.

it's strange, having it all amp up again. i discussed this in counseling today! i want to make sure i am managing my time productively while also getting rest and being realistic with myself. these are incredibly tall orders LOL. for now, here's what i've figured out:

1. this weekend, i am going to give myself four or five 15 minute phone breaks during my day to mindlessly scroll. or keep a list of when i'm tempted to check it.

2. the priority list: 1a) myself 1b) my school work. that means being easy on myself recovery wise!! with a busy senior year, i'm exerting a lot of energy and spending lots of time studying. making sure to take those walks to get out of my head every once in a while and also to improve my endurance is important and good :) take breaks!!!! walk with friends! walk on the phone! walk to get a snack (reese's peanut butter animal crackers are delicious...)

ok this is all for tonight i think. had another meeting today. went well. :] i've got the hang of that part. oh! i started season 12 of taskmaster. i like victoria a lot so far.
