Red flag behavior lol

I keep seeing alt ppl on here talking about how "scencore" kids aren't actually alternative and they're mocking the community. I find it kinda laughable, because why is it a big deal? Like, if you listen to alt music, and enjoy the style you can be considered alt. Not all emos are the same for example, you don't have to be depressed and self loathing to be an emo :O!! Same with scenecore and scene ppl. Like, it personally isn't hurting you so pls stfu with your entitled opinions....lol. The only way I can see ppl gettin' tilted is corporations making battle jackets and "grunge" outfits and people buying into those. Other than that ppl just care too much. Like it actually doesn't matter :). the alt community is still laced with toxcicity and it bugs me we still fight about the same things, like altnerative style is a matter of self expression, and people should be able to explore the different kinds of aesthetics.
