There's something so notoriously difficult about finding good resources in order to make good covers. 

I can't use any of my Smule covers, I am no way paying money to that company just to be able to do solos!! I bought a microphone (iCE snowball) but it just doesn't have the adjustable settings advertised, and using audacity was an audacious move made by me.....

As an Ubuntu user, and a person who isn't willing to waste precious money, Garageband should be the solution right? I DO have an iPad.....but no mic that works with it.....

I'm hoping my silly Motorola headphones with the microphone integrated into the design arrived early today (the previous ones broke), but I have quite a few doubts. I just hope they do well this time.

The microphone quality using raw iPad features ain't very good at all, so I'm holding back.

I hope to be a great utaite.....I'm already almost old enough to drive a Vespa, and I still haven't officially utaite'd :(
