HP for HBO Max??

My social media accounts and my phone popped up notification about bringing Harry Potter series to HBO Max. I'm skeptical whether if it's true or it's "let them eat cake" false rumors after I read some articles on Google. I mean if they're planning to bring HP series to HBO, shouldn't they get permission from the Warner Bros., the author, or anything before doing something? They should be careful when they published these news without evidence or clarity.
