Copy your code from the profile (which starts and ends with <.style>). When you edit a blog, there is a button "view HTML" (<>), click on it and paste your code (with style tag) (you need to change the code a bit)
I use this template. (this is a psd file, but you can find a png)
For still images, i open the template in gimp (you can use any program that supports psd) and change "colour alt" to the image i want. If you use a png, put image underneath the template and crop the image so it's fits inside of template.
For gifs, i cut video (and crop the video so that it fits inside the template), put the template (png file) on top, then export it as an image sequence and create a gif with ezgif.
