We are a medically recognized DID system.

Arctic is our collective name, and our collective pronouns are he/they.

The terms we prefer are "alter" and "part", so that's what you'll see us use. Don't call us "literally separate people". We aren't, and being referred to in that way usually just exacerbates our dissociation lol. [If you're a system and think of yourselves that way, that's obviously fine. You do you, I do not care. 👍]
