OK SO ITS ACTUALLY REALLY EASY
step 1: go to https://blinkies.cafe/
step 2: pick a style u like, then click on it, then u make ur blinkie and download it
step 3: upload your blinkie to imgur or something, i also use discord then just copy the url
step 4: edit your profile and then paste this code into ur about me
<img src="(URL GOES HERE)" alt="My blinkie!">
and then just replace (URL GOES HERE) with the url you got from imgur or discord into it, then save your profile!

I did the url after sending it in discord but it didnt work
its probably better to use somethung else than discord like tumblr. over time discord links disappear sometimes or dont work its better to have something more stable!
