Learning is difficult >_<

The other day was my b-day and one of the presents I got was a drum set. Even though I have only had it for a few days it’s still just so difficult and stressful to learn (I know I will get better at the drums with time). So far I have only learned a few beats which I would say is pretty good but my mom keeps putting so much pressure on me to be really good at them and to know like hundreds of songs even though I have just started. Still they are fun but just difficult and stressful (to any drum players out there could you give some tips on how to get better/comfortable playing the drums).
