The Never Ending Train i’ve been riding this train it never seems to slow my seatbelt buckled tight my patience running low there’s beauty and there’s freedom beyond this glass restrain but nothing seems to get me off this never ending train the people riding with me act like they do not know smiling, unbothered that this train won’t ever slow the same position seated down from years to years, from town to town suffocated by a torturous motor pain the trees out there that can’t be touched a waste of stars that can’t be watched god help me off this never ending train
excerpt from kit's 2017 poems : never ending train
