How do I make my profile or whatever have cool stuff on them?? I go on other people's accounts and they have super cool backgrounds and stuff jumping around the screen 😁 how can I make mine do that??? Any and all help will be super appreciated 🥰 I'm also on a phone so is that why??? I just made it account lol

u have to program the html on ur profile xddd
in the layouts section u can find sum epik profiles!!1
just copy&paste the code in the section u use the least :D
