im not feeling good

i dont know whats wrong but i feel like im falling all the way down to where i was in 2020. like im starting to loose sleep again and im hearing things and have been so paranoid lately. i thought it would be different this time because i have more help and a prescription but its like nothing is working and im getting worse. also idk if this is weird but i started burning myself and it feels good not in like a relief kind of way but in an excited horny way???😭😭 this shi never happened before but im scared to tell someone because ive never talked like that in person and wtf what if i get sent away ? 🙁
