I really like the design ideas here and the composition is very good. I think you need to work on learning the planes of the face because righ now they're noticably very flat, you seem to just be stacking flat shapes when you draw them (not a bad thing, it's how most of us learn to draw). This would really help your anatomy (also sorry for giving un-asked-for advice)

I'm sorry I don't have resources but this is something taught in all portraiture classes so there's lots of resources available. I'm glad I could help (also you can always ask me for help if you want)
