A year ago, I went to the dentist to get a teeth whitening because I do this every two year. This time my dentist told me to get an appointment because unlike my usual dentist they don't do it before they do the teeth whitening and I actually need to pay for another session.

So I paid for another session and came back two or one week later. She checked my teeth and said "Do you never brush your teeth cuz I cleaned your teeth not so long ago and I know I did it well." My mom looked at me confused cuz like she sees me brushing my teeth at least 3 times a day.

So actually at that time I had bulimia so I B/P more or less depending on the day. Purging actually make your teeth yellow because of the acid and it also have some much worse effect on you health.
