avoidant attachment style ?

I've been thinking about it for a while, I may have an avoidant attachment style. I tend to withdraw from situations, conversations, and friendships. you name it. if I feel the slightest bit like a bother or get embarrassed, I just leave. but on top of that, I get drained by conversation quickly it kinda sucks.. knowing that I may have missed out on some cool things just cause I got overwhelmed or something.

maybe it makes me an awful person admitting it. maybe ill try to change but idk.
