Staying motivated?

so last yr i made a neocities site dedicated to archiving old fansites and despite me really loving the site i did the worst thing i ever could've done and i planned pages before i wrote them / fleshed them out. so i have a bunch of dead links and 0 motivation to finish the site and it makes me feel really bad because i know that if I didn't do that i probs would've had a 10x better site and more motivation.

pls help :(
