coping mechanisms

there are many ways to cope. there's no right or wrong way, but there are healthy and unhealthy ways though. here's a few examples of how people cope with their problems.

healthy ways:

eating comfort foods, taking a long bath, journaling, etc.

unhealthy ways:

doing sh, consuming stuff that might harm you, etc.

remember, there's no right or wrong way to cope. we've been there. we might've resorted to unhealthy ways such as sh, but, with time, we can learn and eventually heal. remember, if you are going through a hard time, don't hesitate to talk to someone you trust or, if you want, you can talk to me! but, if you have no one to trust, try finding a coping mechanism, especially a healthy one! like listening to music? listen to it when coping! just listen to any genre of your choice and start vibing! or perhaps you wanna write down how you feel. try journaling, keeping a diary or installing a notes app in your phone to write down your inner thoughts. it always helps! but be sure to hide your diary or journal properly and set up a password in your notes app just to be on the safe side.  ( ´ ▿ ` ) or maybe, you really wanna talk to someone. but there's no one you can trust your problems with. you only have yourself. that's it. just you. you can try talking to yourself about your problems. try finding a mirror and take a good look at yourself. take a deep breath and start talking. it may seem a little crazy talking to yourself, but let me tell you this. you're going a tough time, right? so why let others stop you from talking to yourself? (ok that sounded a little dumb, but you get what i mean.)

anyways, that's the end of my little coping mechanism pep talk, but before i end things, here's a reminder:

I'm proud of you, keep it up!! \(≧▽≦)/
