Replacing the Social Media Icons?

Does anyone know how to replace the social media icons on your profile? Could have sworn I was someone else do that to make them the updated logos and I want to change mine to the little star bullet points I have in my contacting section that way the links section fit my layout better.

EDIT: I think I found something, testing it now.
