hypochondria

recovering from that nasty illness i had, is going rougher that i would have liked. my body has fought the virus but i fear it left some some of its little nasty goons who caused an infection. health anxiety is creeping over again. thankfully i have my kind boyfriend and the wonder of modern medicine (antidepressants). Its probably just a small thing, but i cant help but worry of it being much much more impactful on my life..... its irrational and that annoys me.... does anyone else experience health anxiety? dont worry youre not an attention seeker. neither am i. we can talk if you struggle too.
