command thingie for blinkies & stamps !!

ill try explaining but im terrible at it

ok so basically you like.. right click and copy image address once you find a silly one you like and then you paste it into the "". for example:

<img src="cool blinkie image address"/> 

i always double check they show up because sometimes they turn into broken paper and it makes me mad
