ATTITUDE

Personality: (INTP) S’more is relatively introverted, yet deeply curious. With a passion for creation, she is obsessed with all things art, and not just the visual sort. Although she has strict routines for things, she can be a relatively go-with-flow type of roo. Uninhibited, she does what she wants, though that doesn't mean she disregards the approval of others. Despite being generally well-aligned, S'more can be harsh criticizer and a slight masochist.

The Universe that S’more Lives in:

S’more lives on Gerath, which is somewhat different from Earth in reality. The first striking difference is that Gerath, is inhabited by anthropomorphic animals. Most country borders and names are the same, however, the design for the Alabama flag is different. Additionally, analog tech is what is utilized in most parts of Gerath, and most cities are walkable, including Gulf Shores. Cars still exist but are small in numbers and roads are hidden away from public areas. This narrative takes place during the mid to late 2000s; there is no great recession.

Short Bio:

S’more is a young roo who is just starting to find her place in the world. During the Summer, she DJs for Club Manta, a chill and drug-free club. In addition, S’more is university student, obtaining a degree in computer science.

Questions:

Does S’more have a pouch?

Yes, she does! However, I don’t really draw S’more with her belly showing much, so don’t expect to see it. Also, no she doesn’t store anything in there, she’d consider it a little weird. You can think of S’more putting things in her pouch like how some women put stuff their bras: kinda uncomfortable.

Why a kangaroo?

To be honest, kangaroos are just cool. They’re a mammal, but an unconventional one. Many kangaroos appear brown, and I wanted to make S’more realistic in terms of color palette. I chose an animal with a pouch because I used to wear hoodies freshman year of high school, and I’m kinda obsessed with clothes having pockets. I also like the energy that is usually associated with them, I tend to move around a lot when I have the space and time to.

Why the name?

S’more’s name was my nickname that I got from a summer camp that I attended years ago. I have few good memories of the camp though lol

How much of S’more is you?

I’d say she’s 75% me. Though, a lot of people who know me would probably argue not so much. In a way, S’more is like an isolated version of myself that I can insert into narratives to explore who I am without repercussions. Sometimes, in the little stories I write, she’ll act out impulsive thoughts of mine or ridiculous actions just for the sake of being funny or witty. I really do hope to write some comics with her though. However, she’s going to need at least one companion.
