first day in my new job!

HII AGAIN i got done with my first shift at my new job a few hours ago and.... its so easy actually omggg... im pretty sure most of, if not all of, my shifts are gonna be openers. im assuming for now i need to open with the usual opening guy so i can get trained and all that, but.... im so excited to get to open the store by myself omgggg i think that'd be rlly chill and fun :D anyway, during these shifts, once the store opens, i pretty much do everything except the stuff that requires customer interaction. i clean, prep, dishwash, organize, etc... which theyre fine with despite it being a small store! like the gm was here today and i told her abt how "oh well im rlly bad with people so i need to be in the back at all times" and she was like "that's perfect cus that's what we need" so!!!! it seems every other employee there does front and doesn't really like cleaning or whatever... WELL UH I ENJOY CLEANING LOL i think it's rlly satisfying to try to get all the nasty shit off and seeing it end up clean... plus im fast too! not just at cleaning but like. everything. i swear itd never take me more than like 10 minutes to do each task i was told to do... i think the gm was impressed lol??? idk, i got a lot of validation from her today, like how fast i am or how i did a good job with this and that, and my stupid people pleasing brain is rlly happy about it im ngl..... and also i just feel like i need to make sure im not fucking up so the validation tells me im doing things the way im supposed to which makes me happy :) so yeah!!! this job seems soooo chill so far, and my coworkers seem chill towards me so i have no issues with them, and like they're pretty good at training me which is rlly awesome ofc!!!!!

tldr? my new job is rlly cool so far and the ppl are rlly nice and stuff :D very epic stuff right there
