I am really physically and mentally ill my parents were shit I was in and out of fostercare just lots of things I never really got taken to doctors or dentists my wisdom tooth has been digging into the back of my jaw for awhile ago I have breathing problems that idk if they are linked to my anxiety or not but also like 3 ish years ago I went to the er one of the times my breathing problem was bad and it was such a bad experience they wouldn't listen to me at all their response to me saying im trying im having a panic attack I have anxiety was anxiety is just in your head your making it worse AND KEPT REPEATING IT but thats just like the tip cuz there was a spot in KY lung ig and I was told to just come back in a year to see if it moves but the idea of going back makes me want to have a breakdown but my health is bad I have so many issues idk what to do I dont even have the money for it tbh like at all I dont even have my papers so just like any advice would be really nice
