I HATE SUMMER

I fucking hate summer. It used to be my favorite season when I was younger because I got school out, but now I'm adult who has a job and summer means NOTHING to me. People always go crazy about going on trips and doing things but what's the point when you can't do ANYTHING because it's too goddamn hot to live? Legit walking 15 minutes to a store near me (and back) leaves me fucking drenched in sweat like I just ran a marathon, it's absolutely ridiculous. Granted I live in Japan and those summers are absolutely brutal but it's still insane. At least with winter you can put more clothes on to warm yourself up from the cold (plus winter at least has a good aesthetic and feel going for it). What the hell are you gonna do with the heat? Go outside in only your underwear? Outside of ripping off your own skin you can't do much. Better start bringing like 50 water bottles with you wherever you go. Also, it's a personal thing but people go crazy for beaches but I don't care about them in the slightest. Yay, a bunch of sand with water near it, so worth it. But granted I don't like to swim (though I know how to) so that's just a me problem.
