Aliens/Ufos

I dont know and dont overly care if you dont agree with me but i 10000000% believe in Aliens (extraterrestrial beings) and i know what a plane and helicopters looks like flying in the air at night and i damn well know that what i saw was not either one of those and unless you can give me a good reason to think otherwise please do tell. it was mostly in one spot but moving up and down like a bobber on a fishing line in the water and the lights where flashing in a way that helicopters and planes dont it almost seemed like it was looking for a place to land but i cant be 100% sure what it/they where trying to do. and yes i smoke weed but i was fully sober when seeing this!!
